Balance System

Precision Muscle Conditioning (PMC) was developed by Bogdan Cojocaru, Strength Revolution Inc. co-founder and developer of the SynerLift exercise method.

Initially acting as the rehabilitative component of the SynerLift method, PMC grew to include more and more techniques, assessments and exercises - making it clear that it needed and deserved to be recognized and used as an independent method.

Cojocaru first introduced PMC to the public in the Spring of 2014 and has been successfully helping many – from professional athletes to office workers to grandparents - perform better in day-to-day activities and sports.

The success of PMC has not gone unnoticed. In 2015, Cojocaru used PMC at the Pan American games in Toronto to help both the men and women’s National Table Tennis Teams win bronze medals. After receiving great reviews from both coaches and athletes, more and more professionals turned to PMC to achieve optimal performance in a wide-range of sports, including boxing, hockey, martial arts, soccer, tennis, volleyball and wrestling.

In addition to giving athletes amazing results, it’s also helping countless everyday people recover from injuries and limitations and get back to enjoying life.

In fact, PMC has been proven to help with:

Currently, PMC is being offered at Strength Revolution Gyms, and by Certified Specialists in North America and Europe.

Cojocaru travels to various locations in North America and Europe to help individual athletes and various sports organizations improve their performance and build better athlete training programs. He also teaches SynerLift and PMC certification courses to trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, kinetotherapists and other health and sports practitioners worldwide.
