1. Why do you attend PMC™ ?
"I have had severe arthritis in my knees for over 20 years which had limited my movement, caused considerable damage to my joints and, at times, considerable pain."
2. How did you benefit from PMC™?
"I am capable of walking longer distances than before, and pain-free. I feel that Bogdan has rebuilt me from the outside in, in targeting all the muscles that I need to walk in the correct, bio-mechanical way. In fact, each week I feel that I am walking in a much more normal way. Indeed, I have been known to report to Bogdan during a test walk in a PMC session, ``I feel like a normal person!`` This, in turn, puts far less stress on my joints and has allowed them to recover significantly. I am now at the point where Bogdan is reaching the last of my muscle imbalances and I am looking forward to increased exercise and activity in the near future."

"While appropriate exercise to strengthen my muscles has helped to improve my mobility to a degree in the past, it can be very difficult to build up leg muscles when the joints are damaged and cannot support much weight. PMC is so much more effective by targeting specific muscles and in a way that puts no stress on the joints. PMC is also so effective in that it recognizes and identifies the many muscles in all parts of the body that can contribute to fixing a particular bio-mechanical problem."
